Be part of building something special in Hot Springs
Mardi Gras in the Spa is more than a celebration — it’s a community-driven event bringing people together in the heart of Hot Springs. Volunteers are the backbone of this event, and we’d love for you to be part of the team that helps make it happen.
Whether you’re helping with setup, welcoming guests, supporting vendors, or keeping things running smoothly throughout the day, your time and energy truly matter.

Volunteer Opportunities
We are organizing volunteers into teams to keep shifts manageable and responsibilities clear. You may select one or more roles when signing up.
Setup Crew (Starting at 7:00 AM)
Help place barricades, set up the VIP zone, hang banners, and assist vendors as they arrive.
Barricade & Vendor Support
Assist with moving barricades as needed and guiding vendor vehicles safely into and out of the district.
Entry & Exit Monitoring
Help count guests entering and exiting the event area and ensure alcohol remains inside the event footprint.
VIP Zone Support
Assist with VIP check-in, access control, and general support in the VIP area.
Bead Distribution
Help spread the Mardi Gras spirit by distributing beads and engaging with guests.
Floater / General Support
Step in where needed throughout the day to assist volunteers, vendors, or event leadership.
Breakdown Crew (After the Event)
Help with tearing down banners, the VIP area, and barricades once the event concludes.
Time Commitment & Shifts
We understand everyone’s schedule is different. Most volunteer roles are organized into 2–3 hour shifts, and you may sign up for more than one shift if you’d like.
Setup begins at 7:00 AM, with additional shifts available throughout the day and during breakdown after the event.
