Mardi Gras in the Spa – Vendor Information & Application

Sunday, February 15, 2026 • Bridge Street Entertainment District – Hot Springs, Arkansas

Welcome to the official vendor page for Mardi Gras in the Spa! We are excited to bring this celebration to Hot Springs and expect 1,000–1,500 attendees for our first year. Because space is limited, vendor selection will be based on event fit, product variety, and overall balance.

No payment is due at the time of application.
Approved vendors will be contacted and sent payment instructions.

🎭 Vendor Opportunities

We are offering three types of vendor participation:

1. Food Truck Vendor – $200

Limited to 4 food trucks.
Must be fully self-contained (power, water, waste).
Inspected by the city/health department prior to the event.

2. 10×10 Vendor Space – $75

Vendor provides their own tent, tables, and equipment.
No electricity provided.
Spaces are centrally located in the heart of the festival.

3. Walk-Around Vendor – $50

Must remain mobile throughout the event area.
Ideal for novelty items, light-up products, wearable items, etc.

⏰ Setup & Breakdown

Setup begins: 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15
Breakdown complete by: 9:00 p.m.

Vendors must remain for the full duration of the event.
Food trucks may be dropped off Saturday evening per city approval.
All vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and removing all trash.

📝 Permits & Requirements

All vendors must meet city and state requirements:

City of Hot Springs business permit required for all vendors.
Food vendors must meet Health Department requirements and will receive a mandatory inspection before opening.
Food trucks must follow all rules related to propane, fryers, grease disposal, and wastewater.
No electrical hookups will be provided for any vendor.

🌧 Inclement Weather Policy

Mardi Gras in the Spa is a rain-or-shine event.
There are no refunds due to weather conditions.
If the city requires cancellation for safety reasons, we will communicate reschedule or credit options if available.

⭐ First Right of Refusal

Approved vendors in good standing will receive priority access to secure a spot at next year’s event.
